You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or you change your mind. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item within a reasonable time frame.) but you must first contact us to inform us of the costs, we may wish to arrange our own courier to pick up the goods. Any returns for products over 6 month old must be returned at the customers expense. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the goods arriving back with ourselves, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days). If you need to return an item, please contact us either by mail at our address which is listed in the "Contact Us" button at the top of all web pages or use the "Contact Us" section if you wish to contact us via an email.
We only deliver to UK address's.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK OUR COURIER TO "LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE " BY ANY FORM AS YOU WILL THEN WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO CLAIM FROM OURSELVES OR OUR COURIER IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN.

Orders under £60.00 will be charged a fee of £4.99 for the delivery. There are some area exceptions that will be charged a supplement, please read the Delivery section below for area exceptions, no supplement will be charged until www.selfinflatingmats.co.uk / Cross Camping & Leisure Ltd have contacted you the customer for your agreement.
Most items are in stock and will be sent out on the day of order if the order is received before 12.00 am; delivery is usually the next working day but at certain times of the year this may extend to 2-3 days for delivery, if your order is needed in a hurry please call to check how quickly we can deliver to yourselves. If you have not received your goods within 4 working days please use the "Contact Us" form (which can be found at the top of most of our web pages) and we will track your order.
Deliveries made to mainland UK are normally free of charge for orders over £60.00. There are some area exceptions such as the more remote and northern areas of Scotland and all islands. We do deliver to Northern Island but please note we cannot send any parcels over 25kg to Northern Island and a larger delivery supplement will need to be applied, even smaller items will incur a delivery supplement of at least £15.00 as we only use a courier service. If we do need to place a surcharge on the order due to the location we will inform you the customer before any order is dispatched so you the customer can decide if you wish to proceed. If you wish to cancel the order we will refund the order amount within 24 hours. If you feel unsure if you will be offered/charged a delivery surcharge then please give us a call on 01763 262555 or use the Contact Us form which can be found at the top of most of our web pages, please include your post code in the message and we will get back to you to let you know if or how much we would have charged for the delivery.
You the customer must open all packages to check for shortages before you sign for the parcels. Shortages will not be excepted if you the customer have signed the delivery note without noting any shortages. Signing the delivery note is excepting all of the goods you have ordered have been delivered.
Our courier delivers to the delivery address not to a specific person, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose an appropriate safe & secure destination where you are happy for any person living there or working there to sign and receive the parcel.
