    As per the instructions you have to give it a while for the contents to reshape and it was amazing to watch it grow and once it had self inflated it was huge and just what it said on the tin. Did not need to add air it was comfortable as was. Very hard to pack up and this is definitely no back packing mat lol.

    This may help when it comes to packing up, this video is a single 10cm from another brand but it gives an idea of how to pack away a thicker SIM.

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or you change your mind. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item within a reasonable time frame.) but you must first contact us to inform us of the costs, we may wish to arrange our own courier to pick up the goods. Any returns for products over 6 month old must be returned at the customers expense. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the goods arriving back with ourselves, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days). We only deliver to UK address's.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK OUR COURIER TO  "LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE " BY ANY FORM AS YOU WILL THEN WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO CLAIM FROM OURSELVES OR OUR COURIER IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN.   We now offer as standard a 24 hour delivery service*  (notified by text or email if given with your order) *From the date of dispatch.  *Deliveries are free for most orders over £60.00. Orders under £60.00 will be charged a fee of £4.99 for the delivery. There are some area exceptions that will be charged a supplement, please read the Delivery section below for area exceptions, no supplement will be charged until / Cross Camping & Leisure Ltd have contacted you the customer for your agreement. Delivery Most items are in stock and will be sent out on the day of order if the order is received before 12.00 am; delivery is usually the next working day but at certain times of the year this may extend to 2-3 days for delivery, if your order is needed in a hurry please call to check how quickly we can deliver to yourselves. Signing the delivery note is excepting all of the goods you have ordered have been delivered.  Our courier delivers to the delivery address not to a specific person, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose an appropriate safe & secure destination where you are happy for any person living there or working there to sign and receive the parcel.
