    Bought this to replace a cheap double air mattress for use on the floor of a van. Previous mattress resulted in a cold night as the insulation properties were awful, Just used this mat for 5 nights in chilly Scottish May conditions. Amazingly comfortable and warm. Easy to inflate - leave it for 15 min, add about 10 puffs and it's perfect. We partly deflate it during the day, which wasn't too much hassle (and works as a "sofa" folded into thirds). Totally deflating it takes a bit more time, ie about 3 rolls. Even fits back into the bag easily, which is a bonus. Very pleased.

    All good so far. We replaced our Kampa 10cm Double Kip+ with the Zempire Monstamat for use in the back of our Bongo. The mat doesn’t move around as much on the seats and grips our bottom sheet better. I left it inflated for a couple of days before first use. Gave it a couple of puffs to harden it up a bit (by habit, not necessity). Camped for 6 days without it deflating which was great. the in/out 1 way valve was great in helping deflate it. And managed to get it back in the bag! Would definitely recommend on experience so far

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or you change your mind. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item within a reasonable time frame.) but you must first contact us to inform us of the costs, we may wish to arrange our own courier to pick up the goods. Any returns for products over 6 month old must be returned at the customers expense. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the goods arriving back with ourselves, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days). If you need to return an item, please contact us either by mail at our address which is listed in the "Contact Us" button at the top of all web pages or use the "Contact Us" section if you wish to contact us via an email.

We only deliver to UK address's.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK OUR COURIER TO  "LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE " BY ANY FORM AS YOU WILL THEN WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO CLAIM FROM OURSELVES OR OUR COURIER IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN.   We now offer as standard a 24 hour delivery service*  (notified by text or email if given with your order) *From the date of dispatch.  *Deliveries are free for most orders over £60.00. Signing the delivery note is excepting all of the goods you have ordered have been delivered.  Our courier delivers to the delivery address not to a specific person, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose an appropriate safe & secure destination where you are happy for any person living there or working there to sign and receive the parcel.
